Smart Attendance 2026 એ એક આધુનિક, ફોટો આધારિત હાજરી સિસ્ટમ છે જે શિક્ષકો માટે ખાસ બનાવવામાં આવી છે. આ સોફ્ટવેર દ્વારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ફોટા જોઈને ક્લિક કરવાથી હાજરી ભરી શકાય છે — ઝડપી, સરળ અને ચોક્કસ.
🚀 How to Use — Step by Step
Step 1 — Open the software BY LINK
Step 2 — Select Photo Folder
Click the "Select Photo Folder" button and choose the folder from your computer that contains student photos. Photos must be named by roll number — for example: 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 23.jpg
Step 3 — Select Excel File Click "Select Excel File" and choose your student data Excel file (.xls or .xlsx). The Excel file must have 3 columns:
- Column A → Roll Number
- Column B → Student Name
- Column C → Gender (male / female)
Step 4 — Load Students Click the "▶ Load Students" button. All student photos will appear on screen.
Step 5 — Mark Attendance Click on a student's photo to mark them Present. The photo will disappear from the grid and the student's name will appear in the Present list on the right side. Students whose photos are NOT clicked will automatically be counted as Absent.
Step 6 — Check Summary At the bottom of the screen you can see:
- Total Boys Present
- Total Girls Present
- Total Present count
📁 Photo Folder — Important Rules
- All photos must be saved in one folder
- Each photo must be named by the student's roll number only
- Accepted formats:
.jpg,.jpeg,.png,.webp - Example: Roll number 5 → photo name must be
5.jpg - If a student's photo is not available, the software will show an emoji instead — it will still work normally
📊 Excel File Format
Your Excel file must look like this:

- First row can be a header (the software will skip it automatically)
- Gender must be written as male or female (lowercase)

⚠️ Important Notes for Teachers
- This software works best on Google Chrome browser
- The Excel file and photo folder are loaded locally from your computer — no data is sent to the internet
- Always keep your student photos folder ready before opening the software
- Use the Reset button if you want to redo attendance
- For best experience open in Full Screen mode (button is in the top right)
